There are some incorrect statements in this article:

1) The concern about cholesterol is not so much heart disease, although that is a risk, but of stroke and/or thrombosis. Cholesterol problems are highly correlated with that.

2) Doctor's do not prescribe statins for everyone with a heartbeat. This is not why they carry stethoscopes. Stethoscopes were around way before statins were discovered. (This statement leaves me very concerned about the author's sanity, integrity, etc.)

3) "Heart disease is the result of a nutritional deficiency." The fact is it is more the result of genetics; nutition plays a small part. Even those with perfect nutrition may have the bad luck of heart problems and cancer.

I could go on but that is enough to call the readers attention to the fact that these are not facts.
